Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy for certain items, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Not all items are returnable as most items are handmade; please see below for further information.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return. If your return is accepted, we will instruct on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All items are inspected and recorded before shipping.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain products cannot be returned such as custom items (special orders or personalized items), garters, headbands and gloves (for sanitary reasons).

Exchanges
Custom items are not exchangeable. Items such as headbands, gloves and garters are not exchangeable for sanitary reasons. If you would like to exchange an item, please email info@collectionbynp.com to inquire. Not all items can be exchanged. Customer is responsible for shipping an item back to the company and any shipping of the exchanged item back to customer.
